The author built an open-source /slash command requirements system for Claude that forces the model to ask focused discovery questions, read the codebase, and produce precise requirements with file paths to avoid AI rewriting existing systems. It automates discovery, uses smart defaults, and outputs actionable requirements so another AI or developer can safely implement changes.
